Spring hinge The collections of 'Baby Flex', 'Double joint spring hinge' and 'spring hinge on wire ' are main products in this spring hinges range. A new product KSA35 added on KSA series in 2011. The length is 6.30mm which is 30% to 50% shorter than general spring hinge compare with those products currently on the market. It provides more space (ability) to design the frame. It using our patent "U-Joint" mechanism to achieve "Anti-Rocking" function. |

Regular hinge The existing hinges are classified in different types include regular hinge, step hinge, stop hinge, mono block hinge for soldering or welding in metal frame and punching in spectacle frame in respectively. There are available materials in nickel silver, stainless steel, nickel free and titanium with the intense size range in between 0.6mm and 6.0mm wide. |

Pad arms They are soldered to seal the metal frames and they can be produced in different materials such as in nickel silver, titanium and stainless steel. |

Rim Lock They are soldered to metal frames and punched to plastic frames. The existing products are produced in nickel silver and titanium separately. |

Wire core Wire core using Ni18 nickel silver to ensure the hardness, avoiding the bend when inserting the wire core into acetate temple. Material as stainless steel or monel are available. |

For the new product development, customers can send in their own ideas, such as the concept drawing, to the division engineering staff so they can analyze the feasibility of production.
